Our Program and Our Services

ROLAA provides various services that are tailored to each individual parent or child's needs.


Domestic Infant Adoption - ROLAA places children from Nationwide. ROLAA will also work with families from out of state who have has a home study completed in their home state by a licensed child placing agency. ROLAA can assist local families with the home study assessment and background checks for (non hague) International Adoptions. Applicants for the infants Adoption Program are accepted during the Spring and Fall each year. Applicants are assessed and if the criteria are met they (individuals & couples) will be allowed into the program. If applicants do not meet the eligible requirements their application will be kept on file for one year.

Domestic Preschool Program - ROLAA places children from the age of 2 to 5 into Domestic Adoption. Generally the preschool child will have an updated medical, dental and pre placement period before being placed in your home. Adoptive Parents will also have an opportunity to review child's Health, Social, Education and Genetic History before you meet.

International Adoption - ROLAA can assist local families who desire to adopt a child from a Non Hague Country with the home study assessment and backgrounds checks.

Foster Care Adoption - The Children available for Adoption from the Foster Care System range in age from toddlers to 18. They are mostly school age and may have siblings. Some children are perfectly normal and others may need extra help. Some of these children are physically or emotionally challenged due to circumstances inflicted upon them by others and they need someone to help them turn their lives around. Applicants for this program are accepted year round.

Domestic, Stepparent or International adoption purposes. There is a fee for this service.
2. Parenting Classes
Monthly parenting classes are held for anyone needing to improve their parenting skills. Certificates provided upon completion. Material fee only.
3. Interstate Compact Services
Assistance to families adopting a child from out of state. There is a fee for this service.
4. Birth Parent Counseling
Counseling is available at no cost to birth parents.
5. Birth Parent Referral and Assistance
Counseling is available at no cost to birth parents.
6. Notary Services
7. Agency to Agency and Agency to Attorney Agreements
We work with Out of State Agencies and attorneys who are seeking to facilitate a Texas adoption.
